What we collect

When you place an order, our checkout provider Shopify collects your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payment card data is processed by Shopify and its payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers.

When you sign up for marketing, we collect the email address and/or phone number you give us, plus a record of your consent.

How we use it

• To process, fulfill and support your order.
• To send drop announcements and marketing you've opted into.
• To detect fraud and keep the store secure.
• To understand aggregate site performance.

Email and SMS marketing

Email marketing is handled by Klaviyo and SMS by Postscript. Both only receive the details you submit through our forms or at checkout. You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any message, and from SMS by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for details.

Cookies

The site and Shopify checkout use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may not work correctly without them.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the store — Shopify, our shipping carrier, Klaviyo and Postscript — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights
