Returns & refunds
Everything is printed in small batches or made to order, so the policy is narrow — and honest about it.
Defects and damage
If your piece arrives with a print defect, a construction fault, or damage from shipping, email info@soleibylo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order pieces are printed specifically for you and can't be returned for change of mind or fit. Message us if you're unsure — we'd rather help you pick than process a return.
Wrong item
If we send the wrong size or design, that's on us: we'll cover return shipping and get the right piece out to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter production. Once a piece is printed, we can't cancel it.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Shopify and typically land within 5–10 business days.
