Processing and delivery

Every piece is made to order. Production begins 1–2 days after the sale and orders ship out within 4 days of the sale.

You'll get an order confirmation right away and a tracking number as soon as the label is created.

Carrier

Orders ship via UPS at Shopify-discounted rates. Delivery windows are estimates — once a package is with the carrier, transit time is out of our hands.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may open on a future drop — join the list to hear about it.

Wrong address or missing package

Email info@soleibylo.com as soon as possible with your order number. If a package is marked delivered but missing, file a claim with the carrier and copy us — we'll help chase it.
